  • Job role
  • Password (encrypted, never stored in plain text)

  • Time spent on the Platform

2.3 Payment information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

  • To provide and improve the Platform
  • To send your welcome email and account notifications
  • To send product updates (you may opt out at any time)
  • To respond to support requests
  • To process billing through Stripe

4. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties except:

  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Supabase (database hosting)
  • Resend (transactional email)
  • Anthropic and other AI providers (AI features - prompts only; we do not sell your personal data)
  • Vercel (platform hosting)

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data
  • Opt out of marketing emails

8. Children's privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. HIPAA notice

Purposeful Activity is an activity programming tool and is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Do not enter Protected Health Information (PHI) into the Platform. Activity notes generated by the Platform should be reviewed and should not contain identifiable health information beyond what is standard for activity records.

10. Changes to this policy

We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
